Decks and Deck Furniture was established in 2004 by John McClelland. We started the business by focusing on building timber decks. The business expanded fast and we now offer a wide range of products and services:

Our factory is situated at 13 Christopher Starke Rd, Atlantis. We service the West Coast, Northern & Southern suburbs, City Bowl & Helderberg area.

Our factory is equipped with all the solid woodworking machines to be able to make any advanced timber products. We machine the timber ourselves to enable a clip system for our decking.

A wide range of timbers are available to suit your needs: Balau, Massaranduba, Garapa, Ipe, Iroko, Jarrah, Teak, SA Pine, etc. We use a clip system with concealed stainless steel screws (no visible screws on your deck).

Most of our workers have been with us for 10 years and we strive to make your building experience enjoyable while we add value to your property.

Composite Decking is the way to go if you support a green environment. We use a product called Envirodeck. This is the leading product in its field with NO MAINTENANCE.

SUPPORT SUSTAINABILITY ( HACKS AND SLASH - CUTTING DOWN TREES AND NOT REPLANTING THEM )

We also specialise in SA Pine decking, which is a sustainable timber (no hack & slash) and more affordable. The timber is treated with a H3 or H4 treatment. This treatment is guaranteed for 20 years against wet rot, dry rot & insect invasion. You can leave this natural (no maintenance) or we can treat your deck with Woodoc Exterior in a colour of your choice.
